Join Us for 'Pistachio Palooza' Starting Oct. 1!

We've gone nuts, and you're invited to join us! Our Spinato's Pizzeria & Family Kitchen team is kicking off "Pistachio Palooza" with a special pistachio-themed menu that was created with two local breweries, a local distillery and a popular pizza influencer. 

Our menu will be unveiled Oct. 1 at all Spinato's locations and during a special launch party from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at SanTan Gardens, 495 E. Warner Rd., Ste 101 in Chandler. Come enjoy our delicious pistachio-flavored pizza, pinsa sandwich and beer and cocktail pairings through Nov. 30!

For the past four years, Spinato's has collaborated with popular pizza and beer influencer Steven Larson, known as The Wizard of Za, @wizard_of_za, and a local brewery to create a delicious limited-time-only (LTO) pizza and craft beer pairing. This year, we decided to go all out and expand our collaboration to include Chandler-based AZ Loc Ale Beer Co. and SanTan Brewing + Distilling!

Join us on Oct. 1 for our festive launch party, which will feature free pizza for the first 50 guests, a T-shirt giveaway, live music by Weezer cover band Undone and Jeordie, and beer and cocktails specials!

The "Pistachio Palooza" themed menu includes:

• Wizard of Za Pizza (Starting at $18.45 for a small pizza) - Olive oil base, mozzarella, stracciatella, arugula, crushed pistachios, balsamic vinegar glaze

• Mortadella Vita Pinsa Sandwich ($16) - Pistachio-infused mortadella, sun-dried tomato aioli, spring mix tossed with lemon and olive oil, red onion, and stracciatella

• Pistachio Palooza Nut Brown Ale special collaboration between AZ Loc Ale Beer Co. and SanTan Brewing Company ($8) - Nut brown ale brewed with crushed pistachio flour

• Pistachio Old Fashioned by SanTan Distilling ($17) - SanTan's Jacob Waltz 2-year bourbon, pistachio syrup and SanTan Wood + Nuts bitters

• Pistachio Espresso Martini by SanTan Distilling ($17) - SanTan's Espresso Martini, Pistachio liqueur, vodka

• Pistachio Cannoli ($6) - Large crispy pastry shell stuffed with house-made pistachio filling made with ricotta cream, mascarpone, pistachios. Served with crushed pistachios

The Pistachio Palooza Nut Brown Ale, Pistachio Old Fashioned and Pistachio Espresso Martini, along with a similar pistachio-inspired pizza, will be available at SanTan Brewing locations until Nov. 30, 2026.

But we couldn't stop there! Throughout October and November, all small pizzas will be served at Spinato's locations in a special Pistachio Palooza pizza bib box designed by local artist Aaron Thomason of Thomason Designs. Have fun popping out a tab and wear the box as a bib to take a selfie as the wizard. After finishing your pizza, color the design on the back of the box and submit it to us for a chance to win a pizza party!

Pistachios haven been referred to as the "happy nut" or "smiling nut," and they are known to symbolize good fortune, health, and prosperity across many global cultures. So, come to our Oct. 1 launch party at SanTan Gardens or visit one of our Spinato's locations in October and November.
