There's nothing better than bringing together two Arizona-born brands that share a love for community, creativity, and great flavor—and that's exactly what happened when Spinato's teamed up with State Forty-Eight for an exciting new collaboration!

To kick things off, we invited the State Forty-Eight team to our Gilbert location for a pizza-making day—and let's just say, things got deliciously out of hand (in the best way possible). Between tossing dough, layering on fresh ingredients, and sneaking bites straight from the oven, we had an absolute blast. It was a day filled with laughs, creativity, and of course, plenty of pizza, all while capturing some great shots to celebrate this special launch.

Out of all that dough-flipping magic came something incredible: the State Forty-Eight Pizza—our take on a Southwestern Margherita with:

✅ Housemade Pico de Gallo with Spinato's Housemade pickled jalapeno 

✅ Crumbled feta & Cotija cheese

✅ A drizzle of olive oil

✅ Fresh cilantro & zesty lime crema

To take this collab to the next level, we put together a limited-edition State Forty-Eight x Spinato's package, featuring:

An exclusive co-branded T-shirt (because what's better than rocking local pride while enjoying your favorite pizza?) A special Spinato's margarita cocktail called The Phoenix (because a Southwest-inspired pizza deserves the perfect pairing!) The State Forty-Eight Pizza (available at all Spinato's locations from March through May)
