Wrapping Up 2024 with Gratitude: Spinato's Community Outreach Highlights

A Season of Gratitude & Thanksgiving

As we approach the end of 2024, we at Spinato's Pizzeria are taking a moment to reflect on a truly remarkable year. This year marked our 50th anniversary, and it was a privilege to celebrate this milestone by giving back to the community that has given so much to us. With the unwavering support of our team members, partners, and guests, we've been able to make a meaningful impact, donating over $100,000 through various community outreach initiatives.

This year has been full of unforgettable moments and heartwarming collaborations. Thanks to your generosity and involvement, we've been able to support causes and create memories that reflect the true spirit of the community.

At the start of the year, we launched Magicians on Mission alongside the Stay Golden pizza, with a portion of proceeds benefiting them and their efforts to help the mental health of our soldiers. This initiative combined in-store events with the magicians, food, and tons of fun—an effort we were proud to support.  

In the back-to-school season, we partnered with A New Leaf to provide backpacks and school supplies for children in need. Seeing their excitement and knowing they were starting the year equipped to succeed reminded us why we do what we do. Later in the fall, we joined hands for our third Boo Bash, ensuring kids in our community had costumes and joyful Halloween memories. We served pizza and handed out candy to the families and children at A New Leaf.

The Kindness Challenge was another highlight, as we worked with St. Vincent de Paul to distribute Kindness Bags and raise funds for their essential services. This initiative culminated in a special day where our Spinato's team and partners came together to make pizzas for guests at St. Vincent de Paul—a humbling reminder of the power of shared meals to build connection.

Over Thanksgiving week, we partnered with Assistory Outreach Services to distribute turkeys and canned goods to families at South Pointe High School. It was a day filled with laughter, heartfelt conversations, and even a little dancing—a beautiful reflection of the joy of serving others.

As we close out the year, we're looking forward to our Christmas Wish initiative, in partnership with the John Jay & Rich Show. Together, we'll bring holiday cheer to families who could use a little extra love and encouragement, ensuring the season feels magical for everyone.

Beyond these larger events, we've also had the privilege of serving pizzas to schools, hospitals, and charities across the valley throughout the year. These smaller but equally impactful moments remind us of the simple ways we can spread kindness and gratitude every day.

You've helped us transform our 50th anniversary into something far greater than a celebration—it's been a year of connection, kindness, and giving back.
