Spinato's Pizza Influencer

When my family started Spinato's more than 50 years ago, the restaurant business was simple in the best way. You showed up, you served great food, you treated people like family, and if you did that well, people talked. They told their neighbors where to find the best pizza near me, brought friends in for dinner, and came back again and again because it felt like home.

That kind of connection is what built Spinato's. And honestly, it's what still matters most to our family today.

The idea behind Spinato's PI (Pizza Influencer) Program didn't come from a trend we felt we needed to follow. It came from listening to our guests, our team, and our community. We kept thinking about how people used to discover restaurants. It wasn't through ads or algorithms. It was through people they trusted.

A friend saying, "You've gotta try this place."

Giving Back to the People Who've Always Shown Up for Us

Our community has been incredibly supportive of Spinato's for decades. Families celebrate milestones with us. Regulars bring in new coworkers. Guests recommend us when someone asks about the best pizza in Phoenix, the best pizza in Scottsdale, or pizza in Ahwatukee. That kind of loyalty isn't something we take for granted; it's something we're deeply grateful for.

The PI program is really about giving back to those people. The ones who already love what we do and naturally share it anyway. We wanted to create something that felt personal, not promotional. Something that honored the relationships we've built and allowed us to say "thank you" in a meaningful way.

One of our core values is community, and one of our fundamentals is serving outside our walls. My family believes wholeheartedly in servant leadership, supporting others, lifting people up, and leading with heart. This program reflects that belief.

Real People. Real Stories. Real Pizza.

We truly believe that when someone is invited in by a friend or someone we bump into, the experience is different. The pizza tastes better. The welcome feels warmer. And the connection is stronger. That's the kind of word-of-mouth that can't be forced and shouldn't be.

It's also how great local restaurants have always grown!

The world has changed a lot since Spinato's first opened, but some things don't need reinventing. Good food. Genuine service. And people taking care of people.

Spinato's PI is just one way we're leaning back into what's always worked: connection, trust, and community.

I'm incredibly proud of what Spinato's has become, but even more proud of the people who've helped build it.
