Spinato's & State Forty Eight Celebrate Arizona
State Forty Eight Pizza
A bold and vibrant twist on tradition, our Southwest Margarita Pizza starts with a golden crust kissed with rich olive oil. Melted mozzarella creates the perfect canvas for a lively burst of fresh pico de gallo with tangy crumbles of feta and cotija cheeses. A drizzle of lime crema brings a zesty, refreshing balance. Finished with fragrant cilantro, each bite is a fiesta of bright and savory flavors—where Southwest warmth meets Italian soul.
Collab Tee
Introducing the State Forty Eight x Spinato's Celebrates Arizona T-shirt—designed to honor our love for bold flavors, local heritage, and the spirit of the Southwest. Inspired by our Southwest Margarita Pizza collaboration, this exclusive tee showcases the vibrant ingredients that bring the pizza to life, while paying tribute to Hayden Flour Mills, Arizona's oldest company and a true staple of our community.
The Phoenix
To truly embrace Arizona's flavors, pair the State Forty Eight pizza with The Phoenix, our orange blossom margarita, a nod to the historic citrus groves that once thrived in the Valley. The bright, citrusy notes cut through the richness of the feta, bringing a delicate sweetness that perfectly complements every bite. Three Amigos Reposado Tequila, San Tan Orange Vanilla Vodka, Aperol, fresh-squeezed citrus, agave.
